The information you share in the form below will be kept on file and will be helpful in planning possible future visits to your area. Often an artist schedules road trips by geographical location where he or she spends several days to tour within a region. These regions are determined based on the number of churches that request (via this form) to be contacted for a possible concert. Another reason why you should fill out this form is that its possible that your artist, or even another one of our other artists, will come into your region, having been invited by another organization. If we know of your interest, we can contact you as a possible side concert at a reduced cost.

As for the cost.  First and foremost, our artists want to be a servant in partnership with your ministry. This is what drives them to leave the comforts of home to travel.  They know God’s calling upon their lives is to serve where needed in the larger scheme of the gospel commission of the Church. Although most have a set financial amount that is needed to meet their ministry budget, this amount can be adjusted, based on the individual concert situation and through creative booking schemes. Our objective is to meet the ministry operating expenses of each particular artist.  This includes an Appearance Fee plus travel costs – which include airfare, car rental, hotel lodging and in some cases, per diem.
